Definitions

• RIF Identity Account (RIA): is a free account that is held by any mnemonic phrase holder
• Mnemonic phrase: a phrase of words that is securely random created and can be used to obtain a seed from it
• Seed: secret entropy that is used to derive private keys
• HD Key: a cryptographic system that allows to derive private keys from a seed
• Persona: is the representation of each of the identities that are derived from a RIF Identity Account
